People came and people went. You had fun and you had worries. You met people that you sometimes would've liked to kick. And you met peo- ple who gave you self-assur- ance--plus a little thing called faith. A newspaper tells you things--in black and white. Assuming you've decided on the tvpe of job you want and the place you wish to tackle, what's stopping you? Fear of not making out? That's up to you, and worrying about it isn't going to help at all. Fear of public sentiment? By acting naturally and by being American without be- ing too obvious about it, that problem will evaporate with time. Never been away from home alone ant afraid you'll get lost? Oh golly --there can't be a second or tenth time without a ‘first’! So what if we are say- ing things you've been told time and again--repetition is one way to drum something into people's heads! Oh well--if we haven't converted anyone else, we've thoroughly convinced our- self . So--thanks for things and stuff. It's been fun, honest!
