She is also Executive Director of The Nurturing Network, Inc. which offers support and services to college and - working women. At age 29, Mrs. Agee became one of the youngest high-ranking corporate executives in the United States as Vice President of Strategic Planning for Bendix Corporation. After leaving Bendix, she was Vice President of Strategic Planning at Joseph E. Seagram and Sons, Inc. She was then promoted to Executive Vice President of the Seagram Wine Company.
