James Terry, 21, one of six students arrested, started at flanker as a junior for coach Bob Padilla last year and was expected to start again this fall. •"The only thing that is important is that the decision is made and that it was not an easy decision," Sweeney said Tuesday. "I am not going to comment on whether it was based on his innocence or guilt.' At a preliminary hearing April 14, a Superior Court judge will determine whether the district attorney has enough evidence to try Terry. He has been charged on an 'accessory* count and contends he never took any money or sold any marijuana. Terry and the other five students were arrested following a four-month investi¬ gation by University police' into the selling of drugs in the CSUF dorms.
