The Budget Committee will meet at 3 p.m. in Main Cafeteria 203. The Bulldog Soccer Team, guided by 1986 national "Coach of the Year" Jose Elgorriiga, opens their 1987 season against UC Santa Barbara tonight in Bulldog Stadium. Game time is 730 p.m. The Academic Policy and Planning Committee will meet in Main Cafeteria 203 Thursday at 2:15 p.m. "Brazil 10 Works on Paper wil be on display at the Phebe Conley, Art Gallery Friday hrough October 4. The 1987 volleyball season opens Friday with the first Bulldog Classic in the renovated North Gym. The tournament begins at 5 p.m. with Santa Clara and New Mexico State matchup. At 8 p.m. the Bulldogs will be pitted against University of Nevada, Reno. The consolation game is at 5 p.m. Saturday, followed by the championship match at 8 p.m. Oscar-winning "Platoon" will be shown at 7 p.m. and 9:15 p.m. Friday in the Satellite College Union. Tickets are $2.50 general and $150 for CSUF students. The music of Club Noveau will rock the CSUF ampttheatre starting 8 p.m. Friday. Advance tickets are $14 general and $10 for CSUF students. Tickets bought the day of the show are $16. Disney's "Song of the South" will play at the Satellite College Union Saturday at 10 a.m. Tickets are 75- cents fot children 12 years and younger and $1.50 for adults. The 1987 Bulldog football season opens on the road Saturday when the Washington State Cougars host the 'Dogs at Martin Stadium in Pullman. Opening kickoff is set for 2 p.m. The game will be broadcast live by KMJ radio (580) with Bill Woodward calling the play-by-play action and former Bulldog coach Jon Anabo providing color commentary. The. game will be televised Irye by KMPH-TV, Channel 26, with Steve Physioc and Randy Roeenbloom mike- Side. The annual Domino's Pizza Goal Rush Classic soccer tournament begins in Bulldog Stadium at 6 p.m. with North Texas State matched against the University of San Francisco. At 8 p.m. the Bulldogs meet the University of Wisconsin at Green Bay.
