'Dream' To Be Presented llgstful comic romp, "A Mid¬ summer Night's Dream,* will be presented June 20, 21 and 22 by the Fresno State College Acad¬ emy for the Performing Arts. The productions, staged under the stars ln the FSC Amphithea¬ tre, are free of charge and open to the public. Show Ume ls 8:30 p.m. with a band concert pro¬ ceeding at 8:00 p.m. Directed by PhlUlpN. Walker, professor of speech, the produc¬ tion of "A Midsummer Night's the full comic flavor of the play while eliminating some of the characteristically Shakespeare¬ an ambiguity which ls said to confuse moat modern audiences. The action has been confined to a single setting which ln the opening and closing scenes rep¬ resents Theseus', played by Carl Jones, throne room and ln the middle scenes, with appropriate changes In lighting, represents an ' wood near Athens. Gallego who hails from Paci¬ fic Grove, California, becomes the first athlete to win the award twice. This award marked a year of great accompUshment for the 21 year old senior Zoology major. Ho placed third at the UCLA Invitational whore he lost his only match of the season.
