Margol ls responsible for all personnel activities of the corporation and Its subsidiaries, -ud Is administrator of the bank's Industrial Engineering Depaxt- Margol Joined the bank In 1969 and during that same year was named a vice president and administrator of the newly created Manpower Planning and Development Division of the Personnel Department. He was promoted to senior vice president In 197S. Before Joining the bank, Mar-" gol served as director of personnel for the Energy Controls Divlsion of the Beudlx Corporation where he devised manage- ment audltsystems and developed and Implemented manpower and organization plansand programs. He received his bachelor's and master's degrees from Washington University In St. Louis, Missouri and has attended and con- the Universities of Notre Dame and Wisconsin. He has written articles for the Personnel Journal and the American Society of Tralnlngand Development Journal. He also has served as an Instructor In personnel management at Washington University. He presently teaches at UCLA and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers University. Margol Is a member of the American Society of Training and Development, American Society of Personnel Administrators, National Association of Management, Washington Alumni Association and the American Institute of Banking.
