Underground movies have made their return to the Fine Arts, Theatre on Butler Avenue after an absence of almost two years. The Idea behind the Midnight Movies program, according to Fine Arts manager Conrad Garcia, Is to provide an alternative to the standard movie theater where' people feel bound to their chairs and under conservative rules to laugh, cry or applaud on ASME will hold first meeting An organizational meeting lo establish a Fresno chapter of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers will be held Thursday beginning at 6 p.m. at the Ramada Inn In Fresno.
