The Collegian again has n gripe on the of the student body. You could even ask, "what spiri The pre-game rally Saturday night fell flatter than crete airplane. Sure, maybe the short pep rally was at —a grand total of about 15 students showed up it is reported. A lot of students couldn't make it for sure, but The Collegian has a hunch a lot more could have been in front of the school at 7:10 PM and marched over to the stadium to the music of the FSC band. However, the spirit in the rooting section did make considerable progress to being what it was in some previous games. The rally committee is striving hard to give students something different. It must be that only the run-of-the-mill effort that does not inconvenience anybody too much is what students want. It's no great observation to note that FSC does not have the spirit most colleges have. It usually is mediocre', except for a few exceptions. The display of Saturday, and there have been many more in the past, just points up a fact tSat shouldn't be a fact. The school is split up into totf-many factions. Everybody is too taken up with something other than school activities, and before somebody hits the top of his fraternity house, we include the I-don't-care person that doesn't even belong to lovers-of-peace club.
