If the several, who promulgate such acta, have lost the sporting instinct at this stage of the game, what might they stoop to in meeting the real problems of life. The Collegian attributes these shady practices to a few who, perhaps, .mean well but in their real lose sight of the tru education. However, in view of the fact that elections will occur, guardians who are anything but indifferent should handle said rites. In other words, we need watchdogs. itives of contesting factions conduct the polls, thus relegating the "stuffing" practice to the miraculous heap.
