Participants are requested to bring their own table ser- Ho'rse Show The FSC Bulldoggers Rodeo Club will sponsor a Fall Horse Show this weekend at the Fresno Elks Club Arena. Beginning both days at 9 a.m., the competition will feature trail horse, western equitation and pleasure, working hunters, Jumpers and showmanship categories. Kinetic Art I Kinetic art, defined by film lmpressarlo Brant Sloan as "movement - dynamics - forces- „ acting one upon the other," will be the subject ot a three-part College Union film series. Kinetic Art I, offered at 8 p.m. Sunday ln the College Union Lounge, will feature International prize winning films ranging from 55 seconds to 55 minutes ln length. Gathered from 12 recent festivals, subject offerings Include animation, experimentation, pop, documentary State Scholarships Undergraduate college students who are In need of financial assistance to continue college should file a State Scholarship application. Approximately 9,300 new State Scholarships will'be awarded ln Aptll 1971 for use ln 1971-72. Most of the new awards will be available to high school seniors but the number available for currently enrolled college students who are not already ln the State Scholarship Program has been Increased by recent legislation. State Scholarships are available for use at any accredited four-year college ln California, plus the California Maritime Academy. The awards range from $300 to $2,000 at Independent colleges, $300-600 at the University of California, and are In the amount of fees charged to students at the California StateCol- leges (approximately $140). In addition, students planning to attend a community college during the 1971-72 academic year may have their scholarships held ln reserve for them until such time as ihey attend a four-year college.
