At least the PCAA media says so, along with the nation's sports magazines and the conference coaches. "There's four tough teams in the PCAA," says CSU, Fullerton coach George McQuarn. "And then there's Fresno. They've got to be the favorite." "I'd be shocked if we won," insists University of Nevada-Las Vegas coach Jerry Tarkanian.
