They prefer talking to a per son rather than sitting on the phone listening to a recorded message. They may even pretend to have a rotary phone so they can talk to an actual person rather than a machine It happens all the time. Fresno State payroll officer Susan Vaqwiarwas well aware of staff Itnewryin- hone system designed to provide payroll aad benefits information to employees.
